The breakfast was a lovely experience with bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomato, and potato cake available. fresh omelets were also made to order, it was good. the hotel offered a complementary bus to and from the v&a. It was so convenient.

The pool felt more like a footbath, surrounded by a small patch of artificial grass. there were only two sun beds and a few chairs available. It felt limited. the staff weren't always available around that area. it was not ideal.

romantic getaway!

friendly staff close watch great convenience

The staff was friendly. they kept a close watch on my parked car. the hotel sits within walking distance of kloof street. It has all the restaurants, bars, and shops you could want! i loved that convenience.

the noise on the eighth floor was a bit much. there was a constant hum. i asked to be moved the following night, then i had an old air conditioner rattling all night.

The room was clean. the bathroom also was very clean with fantastic amenities. I mean the rain shower was amazing!!! i liked the space, but the bed and bath were the real draws.

inaccurate room service early closure

the staff was helpful, especially at reception when i phoned them. the adjacent hotel provided safe parking with 24-hour security.

The room service hours listed in the information book were inaccurate. I couldn't get a drink in the evening because the restaurant and bar closed very early. that was really inconvenient.
